Health and fitness have been part of everyday life from a young age as I pursued a career in professional football. When my path began to change I knew I had to replace the buzz and energy professional sport gave me. Considering everything I’d learnt surrounding training and nutrition, the transition to the health and fitness industry became an obvious one.
