Where do you train clients?
I train non David Lloyd member clients anywhere that’s practical and local to them, whether that’s a park or green or if they prefer, their own home. With all my own equipment I can bring the gym to your door step. Working out and staying fit and healthy has never been easier.
Can I have a taster session to see what it's like?

What happens if it's raining?
Most of my clients don’t mind a bit of rain but if your not a fan of getting wet, the session can take place at my studio in Ashington.
I work 9-5, can sessions work around my work hours?
Due to this being very common with my clients, sessions in the evenings and weekends can get very popular but send me an email and let’s see what we can do!
I'm interested in your food plan but I don't have much time and I'm not very good at cooking
Don’t worry my food plan is quick to prepare and reasonably simple to follow. If you have any problems just let me know.
I don't like eggs, does your food plan offer an alternative?
I don’t expect everyone to love eggs as much as I do, there are at least three other breakfast options on my plan.
I have an impact injury that means I struggle with running, can I still attend your bootcamp?
I always offer an alternative exercise if there’s certain ones you can’t perform. No running? No problem, you can still get lean!
