Health and fitness have been part of everyday life from a young age as I pursued a career in professional football. When my path began to change I knew I had to replace the buzz professional sport gave me. Considering everything I’d learnt regarding training and nutrition, the transition to the health and fitness industry became an obvious one.
Fast forward to the present day and I haven’t looked back. I now get that buzz by helping my clients to achieve their health and fitness goals whether that’s through personal training sessions or food and exercise plans.
